We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer III to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

  • Network Maintenance: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure network reliability and security.

  • Security Management: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance data and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support network-related projects and initiatives.

  • Incident Response: Respond to network incidents and outages, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in network protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.

  • Experience with network monitoring tools and network security best practices.

  • Experience working with Cloud Networking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience with Azure is preferred.

  • Certifications: Juniper JNCIE and/or Cisco CCIE certification

  • Expertise with Juniper routers, Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls, Arista switches, and Radware/Alteon application delivery controllers.

  • Ability and willingness to keep current with all modern and upcoming applicable technologies.
