Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to the testing and optimization of newest wireless technologies, including 5G, LTE, and legacy networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools and platforms, a strong understanding of wireless technologies, and the ability to execute and manage comprehensive test plans across various scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Perform testing and debugging of wireless network technologies, including 5G SA, 5G NSA, LTE, UMTS/WCDMA, and GSM.
Utilize tools such as QXDM, QCAT, PCAT (Qualcomm), and ELT (MTK) for network testing and analysis.
Modify carrier-specific NV/EFS settings, flash modem files, and execute AT commands to ensure device and network compliance.
Conduct a wide range of tests, including VoNR, VoLTE, VoWIFI, ViLTE, SRVCC, OOS, handover/reselection/redirection tests, and dynamic tests.
Lead testing initiatives for Android Auto, eSIM, and MVNO across various devices.
Document test results, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and emerging technologies to ensure testing procedures are aligned with best practices.
Be available for business travel to support testing and deployment efforts as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in wireless network testing, with a focus on 5G and LTE technologies.
Familiarity with Qualcomm and MediaTek testing tools (QXDM, QCAT, PCAT, ELT).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for business as required.
