Engineer with a specialization in building or energy, At least 5 years of experience in study office CVC/plumbing, Autonomous in CVPS design, including CCTP and graphic parts on AUTOCAD, Strong technical knowledge in building thermics and fluids, Proficiency in Pléiades and ideally REVIT.Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate studies conducted by engineers and technicians
- Participate in the training and proposal of methods and tools
- Conduct all design stages of HVAC and plumbing lots
- Establish calculations, write notices, CCTP, and financial estimates
- Ensure regular reporting to project manager
