Your missions

Join us as an IT Compliance Manager (m/f/d) in our Digital Workplace team on a shared journey that matters!

The Digital Workplace team is dedicated to enhancing the digital experience for our employees. We are responsible for IT Workplace services and various IT implementation projects to improve our service. We leverage a diverse tech stack that includes MacOS, Microsoft, Okta, Atlassian products, Slack, and Miro to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.

What you will do
  • Participate in risk assessments to identify security and compliance threats, 
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure SaaS tools follow data compliance and security best practices. 
  • Conduct employee info-sessions on security policies and responsibilities. 
  • Participate in internal and external IT audits. 
  • Evaluate new SaaS requests based on compliance requirements and recommend alternatives to avoid tool duplication. 
  • Identify critical IT assets and develop the business continuity plan for Digital Workplace services. 
  • Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data Protection, and Compliance teams. 
What will help you to fulfill your role 
  • 3+ years in IT administration, security, or compliance. 
  • Experience with Okta, MacOS, JAMF, M365, Atlassian suite, or Miro. 
  • Having conducted IT audits with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Knowledge of data protection best practices. 
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices (SSO, MFA, Zero Trust). 
  • Strong prioritization and risk management skills. 
  • Excellent communication in English and German. 
  • Experience in writing and maintaining end-user documentation and training. 
  • ISO 27001 implementation experience is a plus.
