Our GYN Surgical Solutions business area is going from strength to strength and to support our growth, we are looking for the best Commercial Manager to develop and maintain business growth and market share through sales execution, effective management of Channel Partners and advanced education and training of Key Opinion Leaders.


The Commercial Manager will build and execute regional business strategies for the GYN Surgical Solutions portfolio as well as managing distributor channels.


What You Can Expect:

  • As a Commercial Manager you will develop and execute long, medium and short-term strategic business plans to ensure profitable business results.
  • Deliver GYN Surgical Solutions Business Unit sales performance for the region.
  • Drive, influence and execute regional tender and quotation success with B2B partners in each country.
  • Provide advanced education and training to KOLS, Channel Partners and other stakeholders.
  • In close collaboration with the Business Manager, conduct business reviews of Distribution Partner performance and measure performance against KPI targets.
  • Provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.
  • Represent Hologic at Conferences, Exhibitions and other educational and scientific events.


What We Expect:

  • Strong level of successful commercial experience in selling OB-GYN devices.
  • Nursing or Surgical experience with an emphasis on OB-GYN or Application Support experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience of working with and managing Commercial Partners/ Distributors would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any Eastern-European languages would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Demonstrates effective educational skills.
