  • Provide data and analytics support for the Group CRM  CoE  Data  &  Insights team.

  • Create, update, and maintain reports, data visualisations, and dashboards, always ensuring alignment with enterprise/global KPIs and presenting the data in a timely, clear, concise, and actionable way.

  • Actively contribute ideas and support the simplification and enhancement of our    CRM platforms/processes/reporting practices. Provide UAT testing and support for the changes once deployed.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Substantial experience in data management and B2B CRM   best practice, and excellent knowledge of data governance principles, tools, and data quality standards.

  • Able to influence colleagues with a diverse range of seniority, cultures, backgrounds, ways of working, and objectives.

  • Experienced data champion, capable of ensuring that stakeholder requirements and deliverables are aligned.

  • Passionate about data and how this will unlock the power to drive CRM best practice adoption and business value.

  • Strong data gathering, cleansing, analysis, and people skills.

  • Strong sense of upholding data integrity, attention to detail and troubleshooting
