Job description

Interim Key Account Manager – Specialty Care



Scope: full time – 12 months, with possible transfer to employment with client

Location: Copenhagen/Zealand


As a Key Account Manager in Specialty Care within pharmaceuticals, you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and providing in-depth product knowledge. Your focus will be on engaging with key decision-makers in clinics and hospitals, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that go beyond product presentations. This customer-centric approach will help influence the strategic direction of our product in the market.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring consistent communication and support
  • Conduct business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, adapting strategies based on customer feedback
  • Plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities, keeping your team informed
  • Lead strategic projects, including organizing knowledge-sharing events with healthcare professionals.



Competence and experience:

  • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A background in science, biology, medicine, or pharmacy.
  • Familiarity with local market regulations and the ability to navigate the healthcare system.
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
