The Student Recruiter / Partnership Development Manager plays a vital role in building and nurturing relationships within Australia’s healthcare, childcare, and other industries. You will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with industry providers, educational institutions, and companies. In this role, you will cultivate strong client relationships, help businesses upskill their staff, train new employees, and manage work placements and internships. You'll also gain valuable experience in social media management and lead generation, working alongside a talented team with extensive experience in these fields. Key responsibilities include developing partnerships, generating leads, and addressing the unique needs of both students and employers.

Job Description
  • Identify and qualify opportunities by prospecting and developing relationships with key enterprise partners.
  • Grow relationships with selected business providers to assist them in planning work placements and internships. 
  • Create three times the number of qualified opportunities by using various methods such as making outbound calls, sending emails, holding in-person or virtual meetings, and participating in marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage social media pages and develop ongoing traffic. 
  • FFA provides various products for healthcare, childcare, and other industries; we assist businesses in upskilling their staff and training them in Apprenticeships, traineeships, or other necessary training based on the business's needs. 
  • Attend virtual promotional events when needed.
  • Take part in all recruitment activities, such as training events, helping students decide, running information sessions, and handling inquiries.
  • Provide market insights and accurate recruitment forecasts through regular, detailed reports to the management team.
  • Give timely feedback to management to help improve strategies and processes.
  • Build a professional and consultative relationship with students.
  • Make sure all activities are reported accurately in the CRM.
  • Ensure professional execution of recruitment and admin support tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong, beneficial partnerships with agents, university partners, and stakeholders for lasting success.

Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven success in achieving strong sales results.
  • Experience in recruitment, adult education
  • Strong numerical skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both written and spoken business-level English.
  • Ability to meet targets on time, even with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings for recruitment activities, locally and internationally.
  • Success in a sales role within Higher Education.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
