Your missions

Job Title: Marketing Cloud Specialist I (Work From Home)

Job Description Summary: As a Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations for Managed Services partners. Your role includes executing marketing campaigns, resolving incidents, providing client support, and ensuring data integrity within the Marketing Cloud platform. This is a permanent work-from-home position with an emphasis on collaboration with internal architects and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management: Configure, manage, and ensure data accuracy within the platform.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with clients on marketing goals, execute and monitor various campaigns.
Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve Marketing Cloud issues promptly.
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer support and solutions for Marketing Cloud queries.
Data Management: Maintain data integrity and monitor data synchronization with other systems.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud trends, suggest process improvements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for seamless solution delivery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and tools.
Knowledge of data management and segmentation.

Additional preferred qualifications include other Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, an understanding of marketing regulations, and familiarity with Data Cloud.
