Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking 2 high-velocity, strategic Project Managers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of key initiatives critical to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of turning strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own and manage high-impact projects that align with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the executive team to understand business priorities, define project scopes, and set clear objectives. Act as the main point of contact between the project team and leadership.

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive Results with High Velocity: Ensure rapid execution of projects while maintaining high attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes. Quickly address any blockers to keep projects on track.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Continuously monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to the executive team and adjusting plans as needed to ensure success.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and make data-driven recommendations to improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience engaging with executive stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies 

Job Details

• Location: Remote, preferably from India or Philippines

• Status: Full-time, at least 40 hours per week

• Schedule: This role will follow Eastern Standard Time

• Hourly Rate: $8-$12/hr
