IF YOU ARE

  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • Experienced in big data technologies
  • Accustomed to working with cloud platforms, specifically AWS
  • Familiar with ETL tools and processes
  • Equipped with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, integrate, customize, and enhance Redshift database components
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability, including managing tables, views, stored procedures, and distribution keys
  • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to load or expose data from various sources like S3, RDS, or other data sources into Redshift
  • Implement best practices for data governance, access control, data encryption, and user roles to ensure data security and compliance
  • Apply best practices for proactively identifying and resolving issues or errors
  • Monitor system logs, implement backup and recovery strategies, and stay updated on AWS Redshift patches
  • Understand how AWS services interact with Redshift, including S3, Glue, IAM roles, CloudWatch, EventBridge, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and CloudFormation
  • Apply Agile or other development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology
  • Collaborate with a team of data-focused engineers specializing in ML, MLOps, analytical AI, GenAI, large data engineering efforts, and AWS
  • Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through PoCs and MVP to full-scale implementation
  • Design and implement data and analytics solutions in AWS
  • Elicit customer requirements, translate them into technical architecture, and present your decisions and proposals to the customer
  • Visit the client’s offices in Warsaw, Poland, and Florida, USA
