IF YOU ARE

  • Having 2+ years of experience with marketing web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Showing strong abstract analytical skills
  • Understanding the business, target users, competition
  • Skilled in setting up high-leverage tools for the team
  • Good at SQL
  • Confident in data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake
  • Proficient in data visualization, and BI tools: Looker, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI
  • The one who knows the fundamentals of JavaScript and HTML (DOM element tree, and cookies)
  • Versed in Google Tag Manager (Google Tag Manager Server-Side as an advantage)
  • A practitioner of Python, or Ruby for data analysis (as a plus)
  • Acquainted with Git (preferably)
  • Qualified with a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field (would be a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Lead web and mobile analytics implementation across the product portfolio, work closely with site or journey owners, developers, and data engineers
  • Collect business requirements and ask probing questions to fully understand business needs and how they relate to key performance
  • Advocate tracking best practices and educate other analysts and product teams on the best way to get value from Adobe and Google Analytics
  • Coordinate the journey's implementation from collecting requirements to delivering impact through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Facilitate the correct interpretation of data for team members to draw the right conclusions
  • Organize and co‐host behavioral tracking (BT) community events to bring the environment of BT together, to educate and inspire
  • Act as the face and voice of BT and manage all community communications
  • Engage with community members, understand their business needs to tailor the agenda best and get them engaged
  • Identify news stories and initiatives for community meetings
