Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers via phone support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through friendly and professional interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service.
  • Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Adhere to established protocols to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in call centre or customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities focused on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with call centre software and systems is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
