Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Offer valuable insights and feedback on customer experiences to management.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience.
