Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product-related inquiries and after-sales support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on customer feedback to management.
  • Participate in efforts to improve customer service processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer needs.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
