Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through multiple platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to management.
  • Play a role in enhancing customer service processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Lithuanian (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
