Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through multiple platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to management.
Play a role in enhancing customer service processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

Fluent in Lithuanian (native level) and proficient in English.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
