Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and assistance with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Share insights and feedback with management to improve overall service quality.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Icelandic (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully immerse yourself in a new culture.
