  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management to improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to the refinement of customer service processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hungarian (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
