Your missions

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (French & English) Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. If you excel in customer engagement and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided leads.
Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our vehicle lineup.
Build strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and consultations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
