Role: Transaction Advisory Services
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m. Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH


Summary:

We are seeking a Transaction Advisory Services as we continue to grow our team.

The TAS will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as search funds. A successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients, target company management, investment bankers, and other client advisors on a transaction. Additionally, someone who has a strong understanding of US GAAP as well as an ability to problem solve and see the whole picture of an engagement.


Qualifications:

Ideal candidates would possess:

  • CPA or equivalent
  • Experience with US GAAP and privately-held US entities.
  • Ability to review target company financial information and other data to identify:
  • Historical and projected financial, operating, and commercial trends
  • Quality of earnings adjustments
  • Working capital and net debt considerations
  • Potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company
  • Experience in a financial analysis role is required (preparation of models, performing analyses, etc.) Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Any prior experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus, but not required.
