Your Role
As a Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for both private equity and strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyzing historical financial statements and evaluating operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare.
- Coordinating with the team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines.
- Effectively writing and communicating engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
Your Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
- 5+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience within various industries.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel out-of-town to clients as required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment.
- An action-oriented, decisive approach to work, with the willingness to take a hands-on role to ensure deliverables are met on time.
Salary Range
In California, the salary range for Advisory Managers is \(105,000 - \)175,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of our total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, among other benefits.
