SAP IS-U Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP IS-U Developer to join our team. In this senior role, you will provide expert advice and support on complex energy industry processes, focusing on billing and invoicing. You will drive the implementation of innovative solutions and play a key role in the transformation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent advice and support to departments on complex energy industry processes, focusing on billing and invoicing.
• Conceptualize and coordinate the implementation of innovative solutions in the billing and invoicing environment, collaborating with consultants and service providers.
• Manage the configuration of pricing for various energy products across different sectors.
• Drive the transformation of billing processes in SAP IS-U for the energy industry market role "sales".
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

• A technical university degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Several years of experience with SAP IS-U, with a focus on billing.
• Deep understanding of energy industry contexts and end-to-end sales processes.
• Proven expertise in developing and adapting tariffs for billing different product specifications and legal requirements.
• Programming skills in ABAP/ABAP OO.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation are second nature to you.
• Initiative and the ability to handle challenging tasks.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
