Supplier Payables Invoice Analyst

The Opportunity: 

As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.  

As a member of the Accounts Payable, Supplier Payables Team you will perform administrative, processing, facilitation, and auditing responsibilities, including Adjustment Vouchers, Credit Notes Handling, Rate Adjustments, and Supplier Specific Processing. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

 

 How You’ll Contribute:  

  • Process and audit adjustment vouchers, credit notes, and rate adjustments.

  • Assist users in preparing, correcting, and understanding Adjustment Vouchers and Credit Notes. 

  • Reconcile AP transactions, ensuring consistency and accuracy with policies and procedures. 

  • Maintain and execute supplier-specific invoicing or payment processes. 

  • Navigate and resolve contractual issues and exceptions as they relate to AP transactions.

You Have: 

  • 1+ years of experience with accounts payable

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

  • Ability to follow instructions 

  • Ability to work independently 

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy 

  • HS diploma or GED 

 

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with Customer Service 

  • Experience with Ivalua and Costpoint 

  • Knowledge of the accounts payable process 

  • Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance 

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
