What's the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead and oversee the organization’s global financial operations, including corporate treasury, finance business partnering, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). As a senior executive, the VP of Finance will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable financial performance. This leader will provide financial direction to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors, driving long-term financial stability and growth.

What will you be doing?
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, CFO, and other C-suite executives, influencing key business decisions with financial insights.
  • Provide guidance on business performance, financial risks, and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee cash management strategies, ensuring optimal liquidity and effective capital structure.
  • Oversee and Manage relationships with key financial institutions, negotiating terms and securing favorable financing arrangements.
  • Oversee currency risk management to minimize financial exposure.
  • Oversee and conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key business drivers and providing insights to expand profitability and improve efficiency. Oversee a robust financial planning and analytics process including forecasting and budgeting processes across the business and with all functions.
  • Oversee efforts to optimize revenue management, margin analysis, and merchant profitability
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor company performance, ensuring that the organization meets its financial goals.
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and ensure the teams are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals

  • What skills do you need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or relevant certifications preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial finance, treasury, and financial planning and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable financial strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems, tools, and software (e.g., SAP, ERP, budgeting, and reporting systems).
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish.
