Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Sydney time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
• Client Timezone: AU/SYD


Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s use of Monday.com across all departments
• Integrate Monday.com with the company’s WordPress website for seamless data flow
• Create and manage automations for various business processes including enrollments, accounts, and departmental workflows
• Implement marketing automation strategies, including email and text message communications
• Update and manage the functionality of the WordPress website
• Develop and implement systems for automated parent communications about student progress
• Optimize inquiry and follow-up processes using CRM tools
• Continuously improve and streamline business operations using Monday.com and other relevant tools



Requirements
Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge of Monday.com
• Proficiency in WordPress, including backend management
• Experience in CRM management and optimization
• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles
• Ability to create and manage complex automations and workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
• Manage CRM and website functionality across all departments of the business
• Collaborate with marketing, enrollment, accounts, and other teams to optimize processes
• Continuous improvement of systems and processes as the business evolves
