Job description

Are you passionate about developing tailored and delightful interactions for parents to provide screen-free edutainment to children? We are looking for a (Senior) Technical CRM Manager to take our customer engagement and lifecycle management onto the next level. This role is pivotal in driving our automation efforts and enabling our local CRM managers to execute effective CRM strategies. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in CRM systems (preferably Braze), enabling infrastructure (ex. webhooks, APIs, HTML email & in-app templates) and experience in creating templates, managing data ingestions, and implementing technical solutions for CRM efforts.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Technical Infrastructure & Enablement
  • Develop and maintain CRM templates for various campaigns and automated flows, ensuring they are customizable and scalable for local teams. 
  • Liaise with Engineering and Data teams to manage and oversee the ingestion, integration and maintenance of data within the CRM system (Braze) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Technical Support & Collaboration
  • Work closely with local CRM and marketing managers to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance.
  • Facilitate the adoption of best practices and innovative CRM solutions across all local teams.
  • Be a focal point for any troubleshooting with our CRM tool support team.
Data Management & Segmentation
  • Ensure the CRM database is maintained and updated regularly, adhering to data governance and privacy regulations.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify customer trends and opportunities for personalized marketing efforts.
  • Implement and manage user group segmentation strategies to support targeted marketing efforts.
Training & Documentation
  • Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for local CRM managers to enhance their technical skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and trends, ensuring our CRM system remains cutting-edge.
What we are looking for:
  • You are passionate about driving customer retention and have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM management, with a strong technical focus
  • You are proficient in Braze or similar CRM systems and are able to work with HTML, Liquid and SQL as well as first experience with webhooks, API calls, connected content 
  • You possess deep understanding on how to drive marketing process optimization and CRM automation, and have extensive knowledge of segmentation and personalization
  • You are a clear communicator who uses an analytical approach in decision-making and an empathetic approach in building relationships.
  • You are detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have good English skills, both written and spoken, and are confident in working in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM for mobile apps and mobile based campaigns.
  • Experience in the entertainment or kids toys industry.
  • Familiarity with D2C and multi-channel retail environments.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
