Help us help others:

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for enrolling individuals into Texas Resilience and Recovery (TRR) services. The enrollment process includes completing a demographic and financial assessment, entering self-administered screenings that are required by Texas Administrative Code, completing the initial intake interview. The enrollment specialist will also provide an initial routine case management service to ensure connection with appropriate resources as quickly as possible. The Enrollment Specialist will coordinate regularly with the Enrollment Coordinator and the Enrollment Team Lead in an effort to serve as many individuals requesting enrollment as possible on a given day. This position will be required to be trained and certified in crisis intervention. Office hours are M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and extended hours one day a week; however, the position must have flexible hours to accommodate individuals who cannot meet between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm which may include a weekend rotation. The position requires the ability to work autonomously with little supervision.

 

You will get to:

  • Complete demographic and financial assessments.
  • Complete entry of self-reported screenings such as the PHQ-9
  • Complete administration of additional required screenings.
  • Facilitate initial enrollment interview.
  • Coordinate with the enrollment coordinator and enrollment team lead.
  • Coordinate with the Care Navigation team.
  • Provide Routine Case Management Services
  • Achieves an average score of 85, with no one score below 75 on all documentation.
  • Collaboratively develop the initial Person-Centered Recovery Plans (PCRPs)
  • Schedule for upcoming appointments including the psychiatric evaluation where necessary.
  • Assign new enrollees to an attending practitioner.
  • Must provide collaborative documentation at least 95% of the time or no later than 24 hours after delivery of service.
  • Connect those who are not eligible for TRR services to other appropriate resources including but not limited to Substance Use Services. 
  • Responsible for provision of crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Must be crisis certified within 120 days of employment.
Qualifications

You’ll definitely need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social, behavioral, or human services
  • Eligible for credentialing as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the state of Texas
  • Valid Texas State Driver’s License
  • Current Automobile Insurance
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a mental health setting providing Mental Health services in an outpatient setting. (Preferred)
  • Experience working within a team setting. (Preferred)
  • Bilingual; English/Spanish (Preferred)
  • Live within 30 miles of clinic with reliable transportation (Preferred)

  • Adhere to all Hill Country MHDD policies and procedures.
  • Maintains CANS/ANSA certification.
  • Travel as required for service delivery and professional development.
  • Driving company or personal vehicle as required for service delivery and professional development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Director.
