Job description

Hire Digital is seeking an experienced Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) with a strong background in digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept in performance marketing and social media marketing, and possess a keen understanding of client needs and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Create and oversee social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness, utilizing analytics to refine strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client expectations.
  • Oversee client budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in account management or a similar role within digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
