Job description


The CSR Installer Recruiter plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with potential technicians and partner shops, and ensuring efficient operations to maintain high customer satisfaction. This role is primarily focused on recruiting and retaining technicians through various communication channels.

Pay: In US Dollars

Contract Phase
Initially, you will be engaged as a contractor working remotely. You will need to register with Argentine tax authorities and choose an appropriate tax regime, such as Monotributo or the general tax regime (Responsable Inscripto). You will be responsible for issuing invoices for the services you provide and will receive payment in US dollars. Once our Buenos Aires office is established, we plan to offer contractors the opportunity to transition to full-time, onsite positions

Language Proficiency Requirements
This position requires fluency in English, both written and verbal. Applicants must complete the application form in English. Additionally, submissions must include a resume, also in English. Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of outgoing calls to potential candidates.
  • Document and maintain potential candidate profiles from initial contact through to successfully recruited candidates.
  • Recruit new installers to expand coverage in areas with high demand.
  • Maintain relationships with existing installers to ensure quality service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to installations, payouts, and profile management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain dynamic engagement with potential technicians and partner shops.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a nationwide network of installers.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven improvement.
  • Experience in recruitment software usage.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Track record of meeting recruitment targets.
  • Detail-oriented with precise record-keeping skills.
  • Adaptability to dynamic work environments.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English (required) and Spanish would be highly desirable, considering the diverse range of stakeholders the Installer Recruiter CSR may need to communicate with.

  • Proficiency in handling customer and Installer inquiries and complaints.

  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
