Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through their inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company changes to provide informed responses to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred to facilitate internal communications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
