Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user experiences across various platforms. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into fully realized digital products that prioritize user experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver polished, high-quality designs from concept through execution.
  • Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user feedback, conducting usability tests, and making data-driven design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all platforms, maintaining a cohesive design language.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user interface and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Ability to translate user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into engaging and functional designs.
  • Experience conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus but not required.
