Registered Dietitian Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist Highly Preferred
Position Purpose: Assists members by implementing effective solutions and care to improve their health and wellness, including assessing member's health. Works with members who are at risk or have been diagnosed with chronic condition(s) to provide support, encouragement, and education.
