About the Work:

Product Strategy and ownership for growth operations  for owners across the network. Define and develop business opportunities with supporting product suites for Owners to drive Sales, Operations, and Service performance.

As Sr Product leader on the Growth Tech team you handle the most complex and biggest opportunity products around which we can build an entire line of business to drive enterprise impact and innovation. You frame opportunity and a product strategy then drive development and lifecycle for new product areas to launch lines of business with supporting new products..

Agency Owners, Marketing, and Franchise Operations are your customers as the owner of business and product development. You’ll define market opportunity, build growth plans and analytics approach, and provide input to marketing, training initiatives and product launches to grow the RPN channel.  

What are your Responsibilities?

Evaluate new business opportunities and required product to prioritize development - consider enterprise tool offering, Bundling Demand Mgmt features, Central RP Sales teams, Carepro Supply management

Drive Business Case evaluation for new and existing products including modeling the opportunities at the network then down to the franchise segment levels across geographies in a 18 mos view.

Identify product & operations pathways that reduce complexity, leverage LLM/AI, and are informed by hypotheses testing and pilots to launch businesses and product lines with near term business impacts.

Evaluate and conduct business development pilots to drive device applications for care quality including sensor device data gathering, collaboration on device applications research.

What results do you generate?

Drive Growth rate in care hours for all segments of the Franchise network

Increase Technology value and simplicity for all segments of Franchise owners, starting with Multi-unit and rapid growth owners.

Launch new service offerings for franchise owners, including device applications
 

Required Skills

New business definition & Product Management skills including addressable market opportunity, business modeling, feature prioritization, and successful release management demonstrated by multiple product and business launches in ecommerce or distributed operations businesses

Driving channel growth results from Business Development including joint ventures, negotiation, Marketing including sponsorships, conferences and live networking events.

Sales enablement and associate programs leveraging Automated data collection, lead scoring, marketing automation via multiple channels including email, sms, and social media.

Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, particularly via written communication with both technical and non-technical team members. Comfortable driving webinars, in person training, and building training materials.

Developing and managing relationships with external suppliers and partners, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position.  We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company.  Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

$279,000$325,000 USD
