Your missions

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client, who is urgently seeking a Resume Screening Recruiter.

The Resume Screening Recruiter will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates. The primary responsibility will be to assess candidates' qualifications and experience against client requirements, ensuring that only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process. By effectively screening resumes, this will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and success of our clients' recruitment efforts.

The Resume Screening Recruiter will screen around 300 CV's per week, conduct telephone interviews and be responsible for booking interviews for the screened candidates.

NOTE:

  • Working Hours: This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 - 24h00 SAST) Mon - Fri.
  • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
  • Internet: Applying candidates must have fast internet and an available electricity backup system during loadshedding.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Recruitment role (required)
  • Proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role (preferred)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively (required)
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills (required)
  • English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
