Your missions

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's assets are protected.
  • Capital Management: Oversee capital structure, investment strategies, and funding requirements.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency and cost management initiatives to enhance profitability.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and corporate governance.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide financial due diligence and strategic insights for mergers, acquisitions, and other business opportunities.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technology.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in Agriculture, Construction, or Manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
