The Mission

The Employee Experience Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief of Staff by coordinating events and managing initiatives that promote a positive, productive and inclusive work environment. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for employee engagement.

Your Assignment

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Support and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Organize and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
    • Foster a positive, fun workplace culture by maintaining an inclusive approach to events and communication.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
    • Coordinate and schedule orientation sessions across various departments.
    • Maintain the accuracy and relevancy of onboarding documentation, coordinating with various department stakeholders.
  • Data and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Track and report on key metrics related to the new hire onboarding experience, employee engagement, and program effectiveness.
    • Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, for Executive Leadership, such as calendaring and presentation support.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in Employee Engagement is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working alongside Executive Leadership teams 
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, particularly when under pressure
  • Demonstrates excellent organization and project management skills, has clear systems and composure to deal with multiple competing priorities at once while keeping constant sight of the overall objectives
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships, and work with employees at all levels
  • Strong English skills, with a capability to clarify and communicate ideas simply and effectively
  • Extremely trustworthy and discreet, as you will be privy to confidential information
  • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Familiarity with building presentations in Google slides is preferred
