Job Description:
The Source to Pay functional consultant will be responsible to lead efforts for identifying, designing, delivering, and supporting CAT SAP solutions portfolio in the Source to Pay area.
Job Experience
Lead technical design and development of SAP in the Material Management module
Work with a diverse team using a variety of tools to optimize business applications and customer experience
Lead & Oversee maintenance, enhancement, and release activities on SAP Platforms
Address critical customer and system issues with root cause analysis
Manage medium to large projects within the team and across multiple application domains
Develop, Implement SAP template solutions within the template governance team for Source to Pay
Strong Functional background in the Materials Management module with working knowledge of ABAP related to SAP User exits, workflows, LSMW, BDC, Forms, ALE, IDOC and EDI
Great understanding of Standard SAP functionality and is able to quickly analyze the business requirements, and determine FIT versus GAP analysis
Cross functional understanding of integrations between Materials management and Sales, Finance, production planning and Inventory management
Translate business requirements into SAP configurations and functional specifications
Project management skills
Data analysis- Look ups and transformations for data conversions
Experience working with Solution Manager
Experience working with HPALM
Experience working with SAP Enable now
Understanding of S/4 Hana and changes relevant to the Materials Management module is preferred but not required
Develop strong and productive relationships with diverse team members and business partners
Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, with limited direction
Result-oriented, well-organized, having attention to detail
Works under pressure
Quick learner
Worked a minimum of 10 + years in the SAP Solutioning, designing, implementing, and testing with in the SAP Materials Management module
