Your missions

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Full-time regular employment (ON-SITE)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Manila time with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform KYC reviews for existing clients, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
  • Update KYC documents as needed, maintaining precise and current records.
  • Review and refresh clients' AML documents to ensure adherence to current regulations.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to resolve any discrepancies related to KYC and AML processes.
  • Organize and maintain client files for easy access during audits or regulatory reviews.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Training and Support:
  • Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with the company’s KYC and AML procedures.
  • Continuous support from the compliance team for any inquiries or challenges.
  • Access to additional courses will be provided.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of KYC and AML processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Capable of managing extensive documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
