Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle diverse customer needs.
  • Able to work efficiently in a remote working environment.
