The Sage X3 Functional Lead will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Markforged Sage X3 ERP system. In this role, you will be the Markforged Functional Expert, partnering with business stakeholders to design and configure scalable solutions to meet the evolving needs of a rapidly growing global business. You will be supported by our internal business systems team for planning, project management, business analysis and QA as well as a team of external Sage X3 consultants for execution. 

What will you own?

  • Develop subject matter expertise on Sage X3 product and related components.
  • Manage and administer our Sage X3 System including all related components.
  • Solve Support tickets and serve as an escalation point for any Sage X3 systems issues
  • Apply technical and business knowledge to analyze requirements and match them to system functionality.
  • Perform gap analysis, identify options, and make recommendations on best methods to address gaps including customization, third-party products, process changes and/or other industry best practices.
  • Provide Training and Enablement for End Users
  • Ensure system stability through regular maintenance and upgrades 
  • Oversee the quality of work product from external consultants 
  • Work closely with the Business System Manager to inform, prioritize, optimize and implement updates to support continuity of business operations
  • Identify and resolve errors and reduce technical debt by enforcing standards and best practices for Sage X3.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all automation activities
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in the Sage X3 ecosystem.
What you have:
  • College Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 + Years of Sage X3 implementation experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and Crystal Reports
  • Industry experience with a global manufacturer 
  • Familiarity with 4PL
  • Fluent English minimum Level C2
  • Technical aptitude for problem solving and issue resolution
  • Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow.
