Who We're Looking For

This role is a member of the Global Sales Support team performing financial analysis and sales operations activities related to the domestic and international regional sales teams. Direct the analysis of sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the sales operations analysis activities associated with Sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment to aid in the determination of sales effectiveness.
  • Review and provide insight on key metrics within the monthly/quarterly/annual executive reports.
  • Present on the analysis and outcomes of key activities/metrics.
  • Strong coordinate with the Finance team for synchronization of finance and sales data.
  • Monitor and provide direction on sales operations activities associated with Salesforce.com Sales CRM/CLM system.
  • Respond to and support regional Sales VPs and their teams on report generation for revenue information.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects representing Sales for process improvement/automation.
  • Select, manage and train on sales related systems and databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: electronic territory management systems, etc..

Experience, Education and Certifications:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years related experience in financial analysis/preparation.
  • Proven excellent Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills required to build comprehensive, professional documents.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated analytical, project management, organization, and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • General knowledge of standard sales process and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently under deadline pressure which will involve overtime and changing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret a situation towards solution recommendation.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills to meet team objectives.
  • Ability to communicate with international/intercultural audience in mind.
