Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IVR Agile Developer for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
The IVR Agile Developer plays a pivotal role within the IVR team by leveraging data analytics and natural language processing to identify and resolve system pain points. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing Agile methodologies to design, code, test, and implement optimized IVR solutions. Their responsibilities encompass analyzing production data for enhancements, refining user stories for development, ensuring quality through rigorous testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer interactions and system efficiency.

Responsibilities
Collaborate in Agile teams, participating in ceremonies to improve team efficiency.
Design, develop, test, and deliver applications that meet requirements and design standards, ensuring quality UX/UI.
Provide maintenance and ongoing support for applications, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Identify and assess emerging technologies, communicating their impact and relevance to business partners.
Conduct quality testing, address issues early, and assist in user acceptance testing.
Manage or support the deployment of changes into live environments, enhancing release efficiency through automation.
Utilize tools like Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular for application development.
Requirements
Work Experience in This Field

Required Education
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Master's Degree
Other Critical Skills:
- Experience in creating and optimizing IVR speech grammars: Advanced
- Familiarity with Big Data analysis and reporting: Advanced
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail: Advanced
- Experience in IVR design and documentation: Intermediate
- Proficiency in Agile and SAFE methodologies: Intermediate
- Automation, Phyton, and Java knowledge preferred.
- Advanced spoken and written skills required
Software / Tool Skills:
- SQL: Advanced (7+ Years)
- Power BI: Intermediate (4-6 Years)
Works Schedule: EST to Central preferred, but flexible.
