THE ROLE

Here at Career.io, we are seeking a Sales & Operations Associate to support one of our brands. You will work with our internal writers while interacting with our clients and providing feedback and support on their CV writing cases. 

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role. 

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide feedback to clients on their CVs and careers via email (we’ll provide training)
  • Answer client queries on our paid packages and processes via calls and email 
  • Assign CV writing cases to suitable writers based on specialization
  • Monitor client-writer interaction to ensure the case proceeds successfully 
THE MUST-HAVES
  • Comfortable interacting with customers via phone/email/chat and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers' needs 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri, 9-6pm 
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer support/client service role 
  • 3+ years of professional working experience 
  • Experience working in HR and/or career coaching environments
