The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Layout Engineer to join our team. The Layout Engineer will define and maintain the Engine BOM configuration and Engine Layout.

This position is 100% onsite and no remote or hybrid is available at this time. 

Additionally, the Layout Engineer will:

  • Develop and maintain Engine BOM structures within WI’s PLM system and ERP system
  • Coordinate with A&T and R&O for Engine assembly
  • Manage Engine CAD models and product definition
  • Review engineering changes and approval as Layout Engineer for all Engine hardware
  • Written and oral communication to internal and external customers
  • Support project development, qualification and production efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency using NX with Teamcenter required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
  • U. S. citizenship is required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
