About the role.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Manager who will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing relationships with partners and collaborating with cross functional teams on strategies. 

Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships in your region (NORAM) that drive growth and revenue for Solo.io. This role requires an experienced partner with experience in channel management and sales and strong relationship building skills.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying, engaging, and onboarding new strategic partners that align with Solo’s growth objectives
  • Managing relationships with new existing partners in your region to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Implementing channel strategies to expand market reach and drive sales through partners
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Sales, marketing, and Product to align and enhance partner strategies 
  • Monitor and analyze partner sales data, providing insights and recommendations
  • Proactively providing feedback and information to leadership on market conditions and partner needs

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in channel management or sales.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field.
