As a Customer Journey Expert, you:

• Negotiate global credit insurance policies with credit insurer(s).
• Represent ING Comfin Belux in quarterly meetings with the broker and the insurer.

• Support Sales Managers in selling the Insolvency Coverage product to prospects and active clients.
• Analyse the covered portfolio and the claims experience as part of the annual credit review.
• Provide operational support and assure the correct implementation of the policy conditions.
• Estimate the insured turnover and Maximum Liability Amount accordingly to the portfolio behaviour and the business needs.
• Knowledge of Capital Requirement Regulation (CRR) is a plus.

About you
You have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Understanding of (internal) customer needs and the skills to offer and work out the best credit insurance solution for both customer and business.
• A curious mindset for the underlying ComFin market, organization, and processes.
• Relevant experience in a (B2B) credit insurance environment.
• Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with different stakeholders.
• A very good knowledge of Dutch, French & English, both spoken and written.
