As a Partnerships Manager- West India, this is what you’ll be doing: 


The Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and proven self-starter to join us as our Partnerships Manager, West India.

The successful candidate will work closely with agents to support student enrolments at QS partner institutions. This role is crucial for building and executing B2B strategies aimed at increasing international student enrolments in Gujarat.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with B2B partners, college counsellors, institutional partners, and a diverse range of QS team members. Most importantly, they should be passionate about our mission to enable motivated students to access the best education options around the world.


Role responsibilities: 


  • Agent and Partner Management:
    • Collaborate with qualified recruitment partners to provide expert guidance and counselling support.
    • Source, onboard, and train high school counsellors, language schools, college counsellors, and other local education partners to become QS higher education partners.
  • Event Support:
    • Support and participate in QS online and offline events in the region.
  • Strategic Development:
    • Develop and implement B2B strategies to enhance international student enrolments.
    • Proactively seek high-quality education agency partners across Gujarat to expand QS’s network.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Work with our global team to share best practices, provide training, and offer destination-specific knowledge.
  • Presentations and Communication:
    • Deliver compelling in-person and online presentations to recruitment partners and counsellors.
  • Contract and Compliance Management:
    • Ensure that terms of contracts with partners are clearly defined, communicated, and adhered to.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to program and school inquiries, as well as requests from B2B and school partners.

 

Key skills and experience: 


  • Experience representing or working with a U.S. institution or an educational agency (B2B channel) that promotes U.S. institutions.
  • Expertise in U.S. institutions, including admissions processes and visa procedures.
  • Experience prospecting and qualifying student inquiries, leveraging local knowledge.
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service to B2B partners.
  • Strong understanding of the international education industry, including familiarity with local high school networks, universities, and education agents.
