We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with Nonprofit industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead and deliver Salesforce projects, focusing on solution implementation and optimization. You will collaborate closely with clients, manage project lifecycles, gather requirements, design Salesforce solutions, configure the system, and provide guidance to junior consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce implementations for client projects and solutions.

  • Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions to understand clients' business processes and objectives.

  • Design scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.

  • Configure, customize, and develop Salesforce applications to meet client needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, administrators, and business stakeholders) to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce best practices and system architecture.

  • Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality implementations.

  • Lead training sessions and develop documentation to enable clients to effectively utilize Salesforce solutions.

  • Mentor and support junior consultants through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and trends, and proactively share insights with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations.

  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations for Nonprofit industry clients. Salesforce Administrator and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications are strongly preferred.

  • Expertise in configuration, customization, and integration during full lifecycle implementations.

  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Application Architect, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder, are preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and declarative customization.

  • Proven ability to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.

  • Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed.
