What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing analytics & data strategy.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platforms (ActionIQ/Salesforce/Adobe or any other related) to build and enrich customer profile for omnichannel marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads Manager and other Google Products.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Query languages.
  • Technical understanding of Marketing Automation tools (Marketo/SFMC etc), Salesforce CRM, Advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook) is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in digital marketing environment, advertisement agencies, or publisher
  • A passion for metrics. You live for the data.
  • Produce high quality and quantity of work product, occasionally under tight timelines.
  • Strong technology, analytics and organizational skills.
  • Salesforce Certification or any other related.

What will you do?

  • Business Partnership: Support requirement capture workshops with marketing stakeholders for Omni-channel customer engagement strategy. Support inbound audience requests from business stakeholders.
  • Audience Management & Activation: Build campaign audiences in CDP, set up audience journeys, review with stakeholders and activate the audiences across marketing channels.
  • Data Governance & Hygiene: Support Data Quality efforts, including the collection and maintenance of complete, consistent and compliant data. Execute data validation, and perform UAT on new builds
  • Build to scale: Partner with IT & Ops to build new integration endpoints with clearly articulated User Stories, roadmap and implementation plans. Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by partnering with technology teams.
