Job description

We are now looking for a doctor to join us on the journey to empower healthcare and improve care delivery through AI-enabled triage. 


What can you expect?
As a Medical Contractor at Visiba, you will be part of a team of product clinicians working closely with AI developers to create and improve digital triage tools. The work will be remote. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing feedback from Healthcare Professionals on patient triage cases, identifying areas where the AI model could improve
  • Keeping up to date with national guidelines to feed into product improvements
  • Developing competence in clinical product development +/- upskilling in tools such as Jira and GitHub
  • Being part of the clinical voice of the company, contributing to consensus meetings/workshops

This role will suit someone working in a part-time clinical role looking to develop skills and experience within health technology/AI. Work will be remote and the number of hours each month will be flexible with an estimated 10-15 hours a month. Most of this will be done asynchronously but there will be an expectation of attending some meetings within working hours.


Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Medical degree
  • 4 years of clinical experience after qualification
  • Working or training in general practice, general medicine or emergency medicine

Required Skills/Interests

  • A keen interest in new technologies and how they can improve healthcare
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Finnish and English in speech and writing

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in HealthTech
  • Experience with medical devices and regulatory documentation
  • Academic experience
  • Experience working with structuring medical data
